Do we need Kubernetes?
Usually not. Kubernetes solves problems most teams do not have, and it adds real operational overhead.
Can you work with our existing hosting?
Yes — AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and traditional VPS hosting are all fine. Migration is a separate decision, and we will not bundle one into a pipeline project unless you want it.
Who runs the pipeline afterwards?
Your team, with runbooks and training as part of handover. We stay available for support, but the goal is your independence rather than a retainer you cannot leave.
